DELIVERY
Our online store is open worldwide. Upon receiving your order and confirmation of payment we will proceed to pack your order. Once we pack your order we will send you an email with the available delivery information for you to be able to track your package. It is important to clarify that not all packages are traceable internationally. In the majority of the cases we will only be able to track packages while they are in transit in Mexican territory. Once the package leaves Mexico we will only be notified when you receive it. In Mexico, we aim to deliver all orders within 3 to 10 working days following order and payment confirmation. International orders can take from 10 days to up to 1 month depending on the country where we are shipping the package.
 
To avoid delays, please make sure you provide us with your complete contact details, including your exact address, email and telephone number, including country code. If our delivery service is having trouble finding your address we will contact you to inform you about the delay and try to find a solution. If we do not hear back from you in the 5 following days after notifying you about any issues, your package may be destroyed or sent back to us by our delivery service. We cannot be held accountable for any packages destroyed or returned by our delivery service. In the case your package is destroyed or returned, you will have to make a new order. Please remember that if we do not have your complete contact details and we have problems with your order, we won’t be able to notify you of any problems or delays regarding your package.
 
SHIPPING AND HANDLING COST
All orders in Mexico are free of charge in orders over $150usd. International orders will be required to pay a shipping fee. In some countries, customs and import duty, quotas, permits, product restrictions and other local requirements may be charged. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the package. LOOSE BLUES has no control over these charges and cannot provide an estimate of what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. LOOSE BLUES only ships orders Monday to Friday, during office hours, and does not operate on public holidays.
 
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns or Exchanges may be done within 30 days from purchase date. We kindly ask that all valid returns must be in unworn condition. Upon inspection and approval, Exchange or Store Credit will be provided, No Refunds. All sale items and discounted merchandise are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. LOOSE BLUES does not accept or assume any responsibility for loss of or damage to returned goods whilst in transit from the customer. It is therefore strongly recommended customers use an appropriate carrier with a tracking or trace system.
All charges incurred as the result of an exchange or return (shipping, duties, and taxes) are the customer’s responsibility. In the case of an exchange the customer will be required to pay an additional re-shipping fee.
